Notification according to L.3556/2007
小杨嫂黑料 informs investors, according to L.3556/2007, that NAKULA MANAGEMENT Ltd, liable Legal Entity according to L.3556/2007, notified on November 30, 2012 that on December 13, 2011 (settlement date 16.12.201), it sold common registered shares of 小杨嫂黑料 and as a result its participation fell from 5.03% (7,999,706 shares bearing voting rights of the 158,961,721 total number of shares) to 4.978% (7,913,690 shares bearing voting rights of the 158,961,721 total number of shares). According to the above notification the custodian of the shares was EOC Equity Ltd.
Moreover, NAKULA MANAGEMENT Ltd by rectifying letters dated 3.12.2012 and 4.12.2012 and following its notification dated 27.11.2012, published by 小杨嫂黑料 on 29.11.2012, under which it announced that its participation in 小杨嫂黑料 reached 5.191% on 21.11.2012 (settlement date 26.11.2012), states that NAKULA MANAGEMENT Ltd is the shareholder and directly holds the voting rights of the above shares.
