小杨嫂黑料 and OPAP signed binding MOU for the transfer of the shares held by 小杨嫂黑料 in Hellenic Lotteries.

小杨嫂黑料 announces that its 100% subsidiary 鈥溞⊙钌┖诹� Lotteries Limited鈥� has signed a binding MOU with OPAP to transfer all of its shares in 鈥淗ellenic Lotteries S.A.鈥� (i.e. 511,500 shares or 16.5% of the total) to 鈥淥PAP Investment Limited鈥�, for a price of Euro Twenty Million (鈧�20,000,000), i.e. 鈧�39.1006842619 per share. In addition, according to the MOU, Hellenic Lotteries SA will sign with 小杨嫂黑料 SA an amendment to the existing services provision agreement under renegotiated terms & conditions.
The closure of the transaction is expected with the signing of the definitive Share Purchase Agreement upon completion of all regulatory and existing Shareholder Agreement requirements.
