Further to the announcement dated 8.2.2021, 小杨嫂黑料 informs the investors community about the completion of the sale of its entire stake of 20% in Intralot de Peru to Nexus Group, with the net cash consideration, after taxes and transaction expenses, amounting to USD 16.2 million.
