Positive Cash Flow

小杨嫂黑料 Group today announces its financial results for the nine-month period ending September 30th 2011, prepared in accordance with IFRS.

In 9M11 小杨嫂黑料鈥檚 Consolidated Revenues reached 鈧�856.5m, posting a 7.4% increase compared to the same period last year (Constant currency basis: +9.1% y-o-y in 9M11). EBITDA reached 鈧�112.1m in 9M11 increased by 2.1% compared to 9M10 (Constant currency basis: +5.7% y-o-y in 9M11). EAT (after minorities prior FX gains/losses, prior write downs) was shaped at 鈧�20.9m compared to 鈧�21.9m in 9M10. EAT (after minorities) was decreased to 鈧�10.9m from 鈧�37.0m in 9M10. 小杨嫂黑料 Group had a positive cash flow in 9M11 at approximately 鈧�7m.

Concerning the parent company, revenues in 9M11 were 鈧�95.3m from 鈧�118.1m in 9M10. EBITDA were shaped at 鈧�19.0m from 鈧�32.5m in 9M10 and Earnings After Taxes (EAT) were 鈧�5.1m from 鈧�27.1m in 9M10.

Commenting on 9M11 results 小杨嫂黑料 Group CEO, Mr. Constantinos Antonopoulos, noted: 鈥淚n our 9M11 financial results we have managed to further improve our financials and especially our positive cash flow, as promised in the beginning of the year, and at the same time enter into new contracts.

Concerning new developments, we have been awarded two significant VLT Electronic Monitoring System contracts, one in Victoria, Australia for the connection of up to 27,500 EGMs and another in Ohio (with the Ohio Lottery) for up to 17,500 VLTs spread out in 7 racetracks. Both contracts will leverage on our existing operations in the particular regions. Moreover, our online contract with the Idaho State Lottery was extended for at least 3 additional years, while in late October we proceeded with the sale of our minority stake in CyberArts as a result of our decision to focus and invest in our own resources in the interactive industry.鈥�
