小杨嫂黑料 Announces the Sale of its Stake in 小杨嫂黑料 do Brasil
小杨嫂黑料 announces that it has reached a binding agreement with 鈥淪AGA CONSULTORIA E REPRESENTA脟脮ES COMERCIAIS E EMPRESARIAIS鈥� (鈥淪AGA鈥�) in Brazil to sell its entire stake in 鈥淚ntralot do Brasil Com茅rcio de Equipamentos e Programas de Computador LTDA鈥� (鈥淚ntralot do Brasil鈥�), representing 80% of the company鈥檚 voting capital. SAGA is the only other shareholder of Intralot do Brasil holding 20% of the company. 小杨嫂黑料 will continue to provide its gaming technology to Intralot do Brasil following closing of the transaction. The total cash consideration for the stake sale amounts to EUR 700 thousand (seven hundred thousand EUR). Intralot do Brasil contributed 0.5% of Intralot Group EBITDA in 2020.
