小杨嫂黑料: NEW SUBSIDIARY IN TURKEY

小杨嫂黑料 has announced the establishment of Libero SA, a new subsidiary in Turkey. Libero SA is a joint company of 小杨嫂黑料 and Turkcell group, the leading mobile operator of Turkey.
The new company鈥檚 main activity is to provide sports betting services via alternative channels: mobile phones, call centres, digital TV and the Internet. For this purpose 小杨嫂黑料, in co-operation with local companies, will develop a system, which will support these services and will be adapted on 鈥淪portoto鈥檚鈥�, (the National Football Prognostics Organisation of Turkey), 鈥� LOTOS platform. Libero SA is allowed to provide its services by using Turkcell鈥檚 network, which has a 70% market share.
Mr Constantinos Antonopoulos, CEO of 小杨嫂黑料, stated: 鈥淥ur company鈥檚 responsibility is to bring innovation technology and services to its customers. Having Turkcell as our partner, a mobile operator with 17 million subscribers, and by joining forces with local companies, we will provide the first integrated system that supports gaming via alternative channels in Europe.鈥�
The new company will start operations within 2003 and will have 2 phases. At the first phase, the services launched will be provided through WAP over GPRS and through Web portal (Internet). At the second phase, Interactive Voice Recognition system and iDTV (digital TV) services will be launched. The company, apart from the sports betting services, will also be able to provide interactive services for lottery games, as well as Banking services.
It鈥檚 worth mentioning that Inteltek, 小杨嫂黑料鈥檚 and Turkcell鈥檚 joint company undertook, following an international tender, a 5-year agreement for the upgrade of the on-line computer system of 鈥楽portoto鈥�, the National Football Prognostics Organisation of Turkey. The agreement has a renewal option and covers the gradual installation of up to 6.000 terminals and the introduction of 8 games.
